Terms of service

Last updated 8 August 2026.

These terms are the agreement between you and ReviewFlow, operated by a sole trader in the United Kingdom, when you download the app or take out a subscription.

1. What you are getting

A licence to install and use ReviewFlow on computers you control, for as long as your subscription is active. The licence is personal to you and cannot be resold, sublicensed or shared between people. You may use it for commercial work.

2. Your recordings are yours

We claim no ownership of anything you record, transcribe or produce with ReviewFlow, and no right to use it beyond running the service for you. What you capture is your business, including whatever software appears in it.

3. Subscription and payment

4. Refunds

If ReviewFlow is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5. Fair use

Subscriptions are described as unlimited because ordinary use is unlimited, and every transcription costs us money. We may contact you about your usage if it is many times a normal working pattern, or if the account appears to be shared or automated. We will always ask before we act.

6. What you must not do

Recording your own screen is your responsibility. If someone else's voice or personal data ends up in a recording, you are the one who decided to record it.

7. Availability

Transcription depends on third-party services, so we cannot promise the product is available every minute. We do not offer a service level guarantee. If a fault on our side stops you working for an extended period, tell us and we will credit or refund the time fairly.

8. Changes to the product

Features may change as the product develops. If we remove something you depended on, we will say so in the release notes, and if it materially reduces what you paid for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or lost work. ReviewFlow is a tool for describing software, not a system of record: keep your own copies of anything that matters.

10. Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, that is used unlawfully, or whose payment fails and is not put right. If we end your account for anything other than a breach, we will refund the unused part of your term.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you keep the protection of your local law and may bring proceedings in your own courts.
